Our clients can either ship from our house accounts where we prepay and bill our clients, or ship from their own shipping accounts. We allow you to select the following criteria for each of your orders:

We ship your customer’s order with their selected carrier and service level.
International Shipping
iPS ships globally at no additional order fee or doc prep fee
Insurance for Lost/Damaged Packages
UPS and FedEx parcels are automatically insured for up to $100 without additional costs. Additional insurance can be added for high-value products.
Shipping Fulfillment Confirmations
Our online tools allow shipment tracking details to be posted in real-time to support our clients’ sales and support departments for customer sharing and invoicing.
Returns
iPS can include prepaid return labels on all outgoing packages to ease the returns process for customers.
